UBI Needs Capitalism First
For UBI to work in an AI-displaced economy, you need massive corporate tax revenues from profitable AI companies. That only exists in the US. Countries without their own AI industry have no funding mechanism for a safety net — making AI job displacement a global inequality crisis.
