Manufacturing Satellites on the Moon
Since lunar soil is roughly 20% silicon, we can extract raw materials on the moon to produce solar cells and aluminum radiators. Sending lightweight logic chips from Earth and launching the finished satellites via a lunar mass driver is the only way to scale past the petawatt level.
