The nice guy paradox is one of dating's most persistent debates, and Mark cuts through it with a clear framework: most 'nice guys' aren't nice — they're needy. They grovel, over-compliment, and agree with everything because they're desperately seeking validation, not genuinely expressing kindness. From a female attraction standpoint, this looks like a resource drain, not a resource.
